hais in a bad mood now, feeling damn sad. :/
firstly, the dog peed on my parents bed and they say they're going to give it away.
if they ever do that i'll just cry man, though it sucks to take care of him. really.
secondly, lost my temper while eating dinner just now. again.
dunno la i'm always doing these nowadays.
sometimes i really feel unloved by my parents la, it's like you even have to fight with your siblings just to be see who will be loved more.
sigh, honestly i doubt majority understand la.
neither would i expect them to understand, comeon lah who am i to do that.
thirdly, there's akira/swift @ toa payoh tomorrow.
i'm nervous as hell now, as usual.
but wth i have to go alone tmr because jiahui's going early to see the others race.
yes wth i hate having to be alone and it's just what you're doing.
somehow it feels like a slap right in my face.
sorry jiahui if you ever see this but it's the truth and i'm in a bad mood.
honestly i'm scared because my individual event and relay is just 3hours apart and what if i get tired?
hais i don't hold much confidence either.
last but not least my mum just gave me this small 'bag'.
she said she hates it when she sees my sister and i go somewhere holding our valuables in our hand.
i know she means well lah, she even brought a branded bag man.
but i don't know it just feels weird having to IMAGINE myself going out with it.
what's the point of bringing it when you can just hold everything in your hand?
and if there really was a robber then at most i'd run and chase lah.
laugh all you want i might not be a good runner but WHO CARES.

After reading up on the net, i shall now post/summarise about what i've learnt!
This is what i think we should do:
- Sit-ups are effective in losing waist fats! So, i'm gonna try to stick to my strict schedule of doing 60 an hour on the dot. Yes every hour, if i don't die first, that is. :D
- Drink coffee every morning (young people shouldn't drink more than once a day, according to my mum) because caffeine speeds up the heart rate and also frees fatty acids stored in the body, making them more readily available for energy-usage.
- Black and green tea is good too! They contain EGCG which will help you burn more calories :D
- Who says we can't eat meat? Lean meats help to speed up the metabolism and burn more fats as they require more energy for digestion. Got studies to back this up okayyyy.
- They say strength training is effective for losing overall body fats. BUT WHY AM I STILL LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!
- Jog/brisk walk/climb the stairs on a daily basis, maybe for about 30min each?
- Instead of eating 3meals a day, change it to 5/6small meals a day instead. This will increase your metabolism = BURN BELLY FATS.
- Drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon in it, first thing in the morning as it speeds up the metabolism. (OMG seriously? LOL)
- Do hand related movements like rotating it in clockwise then anti-clockwise direction.
- Do pushups! (Tell you what, i can't even do one proper one without chicken-winging it aww.)
- Go out for a morning walk at a medium pace. Do you know you burn the most fat when you walk before breakfast?
- Cut down on carbo intake (pasta, rice, noodles etc.) but increase your lean protein intake (chicken, egg whites etc.)
- This is important, DO NOT SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST!!!!! Many people still do that somehow.
