had training again in macritchie as usual
but it was like super chilly lor. O_O
and i don have an ATHLETICS jacket -.-

okay thats not th point
ran with yiming for the 3.2km warmup.
reaching the end i pia-ed then left yiming behind =x
that was quite mean LOL.
clocked a timing of 18.45
super satisfied =D

went home with seok and hilda after that
sat 157
all of us practically slept like pigs can ><
okay la actually we were chatting as usual for like the msot 10 mins
then we just kept quiet and eventually
fell asleep o.o

woke them up when we reached west mall
din feel like waking up lor
like the bus have aircon super shuang
x.x

went home and the first thing i did
was to prepare french toast!
HAHhahah still acceptable la.
not say super nice or anything but oh well.

helped with the decorations for the house
after that was secretly using the comp
xDD
then log off awhile after that cause parents coming back
went back to reading this super nice book and doing my things la.

awhile after that
met up with my elder sis and her buddy from shenyang
outside toa payoh mrt.
they super late lor ><
then when we finished out dinner in bukit timah
it was alr like .. almost 10 LOL.
so can imagine how hungry i was before that x.x

anw!
training on tuesday is back to gym again!
oh man die le x.x
last tuesday we did 40 situps on this slanted-downwards thing
then in the end super tired
starting on wed my abs started to hurt like siao
you sneeze once can die de
cause you'd be like holding on to your damned abs
and shouting ouch ouch omg.

woots had training today
mostly gym training.
super tired after the sit up thingy
cause its like slanted downwards.
and we have to do 40.
then for the second set we had to move to the next stations together
so yeap
the sit up station was the station everyone took the longest time to complete.
when it was tseyin and my turn
i was the second person to do situps.
so in the end everyone was like staring at me lor
then the abs there super pain
so i stopped a few times
=.=

HAHAH
anw training ended at 5.30
super early
so i reached home an early hour
which is also 7
then blabla.

Oh YES.
we were tlaking about 岳飞 in chinese class
so yang mehmeh showed us 3 videos from youtube.
am gonna upload 2 videos here only
